We worked together with Noel in the development of a critical team feedback event. Noel through an iterative process designed and built a novel method for getting as many data points from the global team members given a 60-minute time limit and the group size: 50 members.

The design facilitated a smooth and successful event during a high- pressure global team conference comprising members from every continent.

Within 60 minutes everybody present answered every posed question ensuring a comprehensive data set for subsequent analysis on the Team’s culture and climate.
