For over 30 years’ his multinational, Fortune-500 experience includes directorships and pivotal managerial roles at Becton Dickinson, Coca-Cola and Bausch & Lomb.

He is a behavioural scientist, a team leader and a talent-management strategist.

As HR Director at medical-technology leader Becton Dickinson, Noel implemented a talent-management strategy and led senior leadership-development programmes in Europe, Middle East & Asia (EMEA) and North America.

At Coca-Cola Bottlers Ireland, he co-led the launch of a new go-to-market model, supported by a competencies-based HR system.
